New Year rally Pencoed

21st June
Best wishes to Julie, Richard & family, daughter of Pam and Gareth Sterry, who wrote their car and caravan off in a motorway accident last Friday. All passengers are fit and well.

13th June
The funeral arrangements of Mr Gerry Bailey former Rally secretary and member of the centre since 1972 will be held on Friday 18th June, 12.45 at Glyn Taff Crematorium Pontypridd. The family would also like to invite everyone back to the Cosmo Club in Pontygwaith Rhondda Fach. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Macmillan nurses via the family.

9th June
It is with great sadness that we report the passing away of Mr Gerry Bailey, Gerry fought hard and long against his illness but finally lost the battle earlier today. Gerry was a well known and respected member of the centre, our condolences are extended to Ceri, Paul, and there families. Funeral arrangements to follow.

22nd April
The funeral of Mike Green will be held at Bridgend Crematorium, Coity  on Wednesday 28th April at 12.00hrs.

21st April
It is with great sadness that we report the sudden death, on Saturday 17th April a long standing and well like centre member Mr Mike Green. The centre wishes to express our sincere condolences to his wife Rae and Family. Our thoughts are with them at this extremely sad time. Funeral arrangements will be published as soon as is known

Congratulations to Helen and Rob Watts on their recent marriage, Saturday 27th March.
A good time was had by all.

It is with great sadness that we report the sudden passing of centre member Mr Clive Morris. Clive was a member of the Caravan Club for over 40 years. Our condolences are extended to his wife Iris, son Rob, daughter-in-law Lynne and grandchildren Nathan, Claire and Phillip. The Funeral will be held at Glyntaff Crematorium in Pontypridd on Tuesday the 13th April 2010 at 12 o'clock. The family would also like to invite everyone back to The Bunch Of Grapes Pub in Pontypridd after the service.

 Holiday Rallies
We are still waiting on deposits, please can we remind people if they don't send in their deposits then there will be no guarantee of electric for both  Bagwell Farm, Weymouth and  Hill Cottage Farm, New Forest. These venues are nearly full and electric will be given to the ones who have paid their deposit first.

We were only allocated 20 electric pitches for the holiday rally at Hill Cottage Farm New Forest 30th July - 7th August. We are still waiting on Deposits from some telephone bookings please can we remind people  if they don't send in their deposits then there will be no guarantee of electric. 

We have been allocated more places but they don't come with electric, we will offer our services to charge batteries/phones etc.

15th February
 It is with great sadness that we report the sudden, unexpected death of Phil Small, Phil was well known throughout all the centres as a trader of Dinky Donuts supporting the South Wales Centre and all the Welsh National rallies.
Our condolences are extended to Julie, Lara and all the family.

15th February
 The Funeral of Marina Shallish
The service will be held on the 16th of February at The Chapel of Rest, Brook Street Williamstown at 10:30am
then Coity Crematorium Bridgend at 11:30am,The family would like to invite everyone back to Penygraig labour club after the service. 

7th February
 Our sympathy is extended to Centre members, Kevin and Ceris Shallish and family, following the recent death of Kevin's mother, past centre member, Marina fought hard against her illness but finally lost the battle earlier today. Our thoughts are with Ray, Kevin, Keith, Sandra, Linda, Christina and their families at this sad time. Funeral arrangements to follow.

 To ALL South Wales Centre Members,
Martin Teague and Gaynor Burgess and families would like to give a Huge Thanks to ALL the members of the centre who got in touch with us since our father (John Teague) passed away and all those who attended his funeral, in very difficult driving conditions, last week. The South Wales Centre always meant so much to him and it was very humbling to hear from and see so many people remembering him in such an affectionate way. His spirit will always be with us! Many, many thanks again and looking forward to seeing you in the New Year, Best Wishes.

The funeral will be on Friday 8th January, service at St Illtyds Church, Church Village at 11:45am followed by cremation at Glyntaff Crematorium at 12:45pm. The family would like to invite everybody back to Llantwit Fardre Sports Club after the service.
